From the Australian today (i'm paraphrasing from memory):
Citi released it's list of takeover targets. KAR was on it. They said Sinpoec, BG, Petrobras (and someone else, memory escapes me) might take a bite because fo the early stage LNG in WA and Brazil, and KAR's need for funds later down the track.
Citi had a 50% strike rate on last years list.
