    "Knowles Group has purchased the Tudor Court retirement property from the Becton Property Group on 4 December 2008 for an undisclosed sum. A Knowles partner, Ian Ball, sees the retirement market as buoyant. Becton is undergoing a process of reducing debt. Analysts believe that Becton will be able to trade out of difficulties"
