The only option left to them is a Scheme of Arrangement where they only need 25% of the votes. Problem with that is BOTH sides need to agree and that's unlikely to happen.
discotear - The Takeovers Panel can be likened to a corporate watchdog where their primary objective is to look after shareholders interests. From what I've seen in their proposed takeover bid they have done everything but look after our interests.
