Well the next step on the journey to become a mining company has been taken :)
This is fantastic news, some may not be happy with the price but I believe that the price is not really important at this stage.
While the price might not be as high as we all wanted, I am happy that we now have a JV partner, a beneficiation agreement and a route to market.
The difference between raising $30M at 35 cents and 87 cents is about 50 million shares.... in the grand scheme of things, this will matter little.
What is important is that we have raised $30M in this market, this will take us through the "Definitive Feasability Study" and all the other things that are needed to get this project through to production..... yes production!!
Lets go mining :)
