    Not sure if the ppc thread is dead - anyway...

    Citi rates PPC as Upgrade to Buy from Neutral, High Risk -
    Peet management's caution at its AGM has clearly had an impact on investors, leading to weakness in the share price. Too much weakness as far as the broker is concerned, and hence an upgrade to Buy.
