I just realised when you said the 'implications of the Russian HEU being pulled' it means the uranium fuel in Ex-Soviet warhead being used or 'pulled' from the newly generated uranium market.
It does not mean the HEU has been pulled or torn up.
Anyway, given Bannerman have been providing snippets of information on the DFS, and they plan to release it this month, greater chance of it showing a feasible project; otherwise they would have further further delayed it.
Maybe after 2 years no more delays can result, and you are right place it in mothballs. Whats Plan B?
So surely the sp reflects a 'place in mothballs' outcome.
However if the DFS is positive, a large jump must result.
I think its better odds than the horses at Mooney Valley.
