Why would you split a company that has specifically had the Vast assets brought in to make it a multiple stream business just when it is cash flow positive and the oncology assets are getting to the stage when they have recognisable value? Isn't it the board and managements role to be building a company not looking for the quickest route to get some value recognition at the cost of shareholders and further dilution?
