He should have stepped down 12 months ago with the delays in even getting the plant to startup stage. The ongoing problems over the last 12 months have been a disaster for share holders and Greg was out of his depth it seems.
Problem is the instability of the company now, until they have management capable of meeting deadlines and meeting production guidance.
