agree with gycor, this looks like a major shareholder lead action. perhaps its been termed, "you won't be getting anymore cash until RED has a onsite functioning CEO". Smells like a deeply discounted placement to insto's (remember all those in the GFC) ... oh and you retail guys might be allowed to participate in a small rights issue.
