Fourth Quarter Segment Drivers:

Lithium: Net Sales and Adjusted EBITDA increased 13.9% and 9.2%, respectively.

-- Net sales increased primarily from higher volumes for both lithium carbonate used in battery applications and lithium specialties, and increased selling prices.
