It is all about production and as we have smart people running the show we can be sure there are enough orders to back up the decision. The other option would be using a big pharma to produce it but sacrificing millions in the long run. And not to mention if they could use the facility for producing the vaccine later. DT complain today that neither ADO nor AHZ gave them some action, LTers will be happy to load up sub 15c.
Short termers and short sided run today, LTers will lay a foundation if not already done so.
