It does look a good deal Hottin and it looks like the new investor is cashed up having done a deal with Towerbrook for the sale of Metallum Group (Assuming i have followed the hints dropped by Stellar correctly though why it cannot just come out and say X has bought in rather than all the cloak and dagger stuff is beyond me).

Stellar did the placement at a premium to the current share price which is a good sign and the options show confidence the share price will be lot higher further (maybe a bit too generous though at 8c maybe 10 12c would have been more in order).

I think Stellar could have gotten a even better deal if it had held out for a couple of months more but i suppose things cannot be held up indefinitely.

The plan seems to keep digging and finding more tin as the tin price goes up then doing a big deal later on which is welcome with the boards past habit of rushing to fast to sell the company silver.

The more time passes the better Stellar looks.
