    Arrium Steel expects to supply around 120,000 tonnes of reinforcing steel, 25,000 tonnes of steel beams and 10,000 tonnes of steel fibres to line the tunnel underneath Melbourne's northern suburbs.
    "One of the great things about Arrium Steel is this is recycled steel ... old car bodies being turned into steel for East West Link," Dr Napthine said.
