I don't think the POG has much to do with it at this point in time for BLK.
The drop in price IMO is that this fund raising is absolute peanuts !!. BLK will need minimum $50m just to get started producing. My brain started to hurt just trying to make a list of start-up costs. Large investors may find a much lower price will suit them, before committing.
I doubt there is any ore on the R.O.M to start crusher/mill feed to iron out the many teething problems that WILL be encountered. NO mine plan or feasibility study YET.
BLK have all the tools as far as processing, but none for mining.
Been following BLK for over two years with interest. Know the area and the plant well.
They simply without doubt need a lot more coin. I just hope JG isn't still lurking in the shadows.
