    like many have mentioned , doubters are betting UK business to be impaired , now this "proposed" regulatory change which made it more likely to happen in 2017?

    BUT still ,I dont see how UK business worth less than the current debt 700m? Just sell it at 700m , clear the debt and move on?

    OZ business will bring us back to glory days of $4-5
