    May not be the case if the Chinese are involved with Todd, one way to protect your business against OS tariffs is to buy your largest and most profitable competitor along with the patent of the new grinding media technology they control.

    If Arrium are generating $220m a year from Molycop, the Chinese will get $270m the way they operate. They won't have any consultants hanging around.
