Using commsec FY16 EPS forecast of 0.172cps, now trading on a PE of 17.5 and div yield of 4.2%...
Not bad for a company leveraged to one of the potential key drivers of the domestic economy. The Hawaii property also gives a little exposure to the US economy, not a bad thing IMO. I'm happy to have not participated in the SPP @3.95, and instead paid $3.10...
