I would add that once relisted and producing we will be riding on the resources rebound so that will be a plus for the sp. There is still some work re tin process but once the green light is given that should be another plus.

I think once the okay is given via meetings of crs and s/h's to the DOCA, we should be in production reasonably quickly after that (although as JS said we might be in Court over some issues).
