Spot on. any material change will need to be announced. However, there is an official report then an unofficial report - the news yet to be finalised. Management with good relationships with the labs seem to get a lot of unofficial news. Hence no news or a delay is generaly seen as drill results to not have reached expectation or the info has not been finalised and knowledge is in pieces yet unable to be released. When all info is recieved in a final official report, then management becomes obliged to release. This is where if management needs more time it can call a TH for reconciliation. So both are correct in these assertions. It needs to hit the desk first but before that any management worth their salt would have access to the info and the direction the results are heading.
