I like the sentiment @mjamja, but to play devils advocate - I don't think this was timed to come out with any sort of announcement. They went to the effort of releasing the video with the quote:"the nanoDX system has not been evaluated by the FDA or other regulatory agencies."

If this was meant to be timed with the imminent announcement, it seems like a waste of marketing budget to get someone to make this video just to change up the first few seconds shortly after.I am more of the view that if it were to be anything, it would be timed with possibly a submission to the FDA , but FDA approval news would be a stretch (though I would be more than happy to be proven wrong as my bags are heavily filled by this point!)
