GBG/ROY JV looks great, and your right it will be money in the bank. GBG has plenty of $ from the $39mil we got from Ansteel. However I guess the market will question how we will obtain $1.8billion in today's climate.

I dont expect to see green again until we have that beautiful $1.8 billion finance.

It will be a long road.
