Wouldnt it be interesting further down the legal track that if it came out that OPES did not have the legal right to pass title on to ANZ and having ANZ buy back the stocks they are now dumping.
I hold quite a few stocks that are affected by the Opes scam. At worst I see it as a 3 month hurdle we have to jump over and then maybe, just maybe, the fundamentals of these stocks will take over once more and up they go.
