I don't know about the Quarterly but the SP action has David Lenihas written all over it.
I suspect Lenigas's mob is deliberately keeping alid on this and will not allow price to escalte until they have their fill. Owning as much as they do, they canm play this game long . . and we loose out in the meantime if we need to sell, or see other better stocks.
I suspect its not illegal but it is David Lenigas.
