sergeant, you mention that CUS must have some upside in owning 33% of SPS. i agree. and either yourself or ivanovich mentioned a loss of approx $3 mill for CUS in the running or establisment of SPS. i wonder what sort of value the 33% of SPS would be worth in cash to CUS if they should decide to sell to either pay off more debt. or plunge into another atm company and their machines. another aspect they could use the cash to build up atm`s in NZ. All purely speculation on my behalf, but the market seems to be getting interested in CUS shares at the moment,pushing up its s/p, and late today at 15.39pm i see an announcement by Baker and Mckenzie representing Fortress Investments Group, stating they have become an initial substantial shareholder of 85 million shares.
