    I believe its because of the announced private placement with bonus....if you want to sell now and not hold for the longer term ,the sell price must be below the PP and bonus available to current investors to make it sellable....once the PP is filled or closed, the price should creep back up again...maybe someone more savay can straighten me out but this is the way I read it
