I still cannot understand as to why ADY didn't go for a rights issue instead of selling for the first, and only offer.
I do also happen to know that time constraint did not allow it to do so, but it should have been thought sometime ago not at the last moment, when there were no alternatives.
Like everyone else here I am down too, but such is investing and such is life.
