the good news for DRE is that Mitsubishi has increased its stake to over 9% in Hastings HAS. companies like Mitsubishi don't invest in companies that don't have a future. DRE is just down the road from HAS and a buyout of DREs yin would a logical outcome as it would almost double HAS resource. it all takes time. Be patient
