Also, according to their own published estimates (approx 4 months back before the SPP), they predicted that they have sufficient funds to keep going until June 2009. This is before they closed the facility in the US (as per latest press release), thus reducing their cash burn.

So why do they need to "borrow" cash from anyone?? Are they trying to plunge this company in debt to force the SH to accept ANY offer they put to them later???
