    SMY needs approval of Notice to Intent, then completion of financing to get the market moving.

    From what I hear both are pretty much formalities and should happen in a number of weeks.

    SMY a thin trader so will move quickly when this happens.

    Has a good address (not PNG, phillipines, etc)
