The only risk with this stock is approval of the Notice of Intent. And as far as I am aware there are no major environmental issues with the project. Next few weeks will be interesting as NOI goes before mining department for final review. Financing to follow which sounds like it will be straight forward.
Best upside appears to get set before NOI approval. Risks do exist if delays occur from the govt asking for extra studies (a la DIO)
Lowest risk after NOI approval.
