Levered vehicles like BNB have the potential to collapse if asset values drop by over 10% more or so.
And in a period of asset revaluation and devualation, there is a chance the above can occur.
At the peak of the market last year, some vehicles were levered up by up to 50 times.
At that ratio, a 2% fall in assets wipes out all equity.
BNB does have a 50 times leveraged balance sheet, but it was way too high and holders are paying for it now
