give her the used car analogy - Would you pay more for something if you had the choice and option to drive the price down for best value ?
As a buyer, one does not point out all the best features of the used car, one points out all the reasons why a better price must be negotiated, and it is a buyers market.....
The timing of the shorting increasing 5fold is not coincidental in my mind. Of course I cannot be sure, it's pretty hard to work out who's who when there are 3 billion shares to be accounted for...
Of course it could just be shorters methodically attacking anything oil too.
