The structures that you refer to are fixed production platforms and well head platforms. I understand that there are Cenomanian shelf leads mapped on trend into Rufesque Offshore block. I wouldn't get too excited by that part of the diagram, conceptual at best to indicate a development option for fields that are discovered and developed in shallower water depths. It would appear from the overview that gas (green line) would be exported to shore from the fixed platform/s and the oil (red line) would be exported to either the FPSO or possibly a FSO. Bit hard to determine if the vessel shown astern of the FPSO is supposed to represent a shuttle tanker or a FSO. I'm guessing that it's to represent a shuttle tanker.

Any fields that might exist in Rufesque Offshore are going to fall well outside the tie-back radius shown in the presentation, so think the slide is only to indicate the what alternatives might be available to the JV for a group field development.
