Uncertainty seems to be the main driving factor with the SP right now. An announcement of the commencement of drilling will go a long way in reassuring investors that there the soverign risk factor is acceptable and should see a SP upswing.
I bought HDR again today and am looking forward to the announcements tomorrow or on Friday as Dean Ptomised.
