I would simply like for all share holders to vote down the remuneration report effectively putting them on notice that they have 12 months to change their spots or there will be an automatic board spill next year.
Can we shareholders really stand this lot being in charge of our company for ANOTHER 12 months?
They have done more than enough damage to our investment.
The 3 that Doc has alluded to should resign before the AGM but the way I feel there is a better term for what they should do immediately and it begins with F.
