    The embarrassment of having the remuneration report voted down will have multiple effects.

    I first proposed this idea year at a time when nt so many voices were on my side of the fence; wouldn't it be nice for the board to be lining up for a second strike in Nov.

    Plan long term and be ready to act immediately.

    A lesson we could all learn
