IMHO I think Citic wants to drain CP dry. CP has a lot of investments (including ARH, nickel refinery etc) losing money. This legal battle with Citic can go for many years. CP claimed his computer was stolen with his detail information. Interest to follow what happen next, but IMHO cannot be good for ARH.
