ces.com5 March 2019 ASX ANNOUNCEMENTASX: ASNA2Pilot Plant Supporting InfrastructureAnson has completed the connection of the existing underground piping infrastructure to therecently installed storage tanks, with the piping being used to fill the tanks at Anson’s ParadoxBrine Project. The existing bunded area that was used during oil production, and which Ansonpreviously used for evaporation testing before concluding that an evaporation process was notsuitable as a process for its Paradox Brine Project, is in the process of being reclaimed andsafety bunding re-established to be used for more storage tanks and other infrastructure for theindustrial scale pilot plant. The use of existing infrastructure enables the Company to continuewith its plans to fast track the Project into production while minimizing investment costs.A photo of the bunded area to be cleared is shown in Figure 2.Figure 2: First stage of cleaning up of the bunded area after completion of evaporation testing.Design and Engineering:The design and engineering work on the industrial scale in-field pilot plant is being progressed byHatch Engineering and Lilac Solutions. This includes further test work by Lilac to test part of theplant intended to be used in-field to confirm the design prior to progressing to procurement andconstruction and to validate the design being engineered.
