Chinese MOU's are worthless (ask management as they have pumped the SP with them before).
Where is Zhongfans substantial holder notice if they own 11.5%?
Where are you getting "most likely be able to produce LCE battery grade Lithium" from?? That easy is it?

Market cap is $103.33M, thats 25% more than what you seem to think it is.

Is this fair value for a company with dubious historical Li results, very high Mg:Li ratio, no process solution, questionable test results from the bench top tests, managements failed past with chinese "strategic partners" and Zhongfan a complete unkown?

Stinks like another MUS here.
