@turb023....yes Bromine is removed before the Lilac step.
The Ann 16/9/19 refers to cashflow from the bromine plant will be used to fund the Li PP.
So it appears the bromine plant will run alone for sometime, and the brine will need to be disposed of after the Br has been extracted. If as indicated LC2 is used that well flows at 427,000 per day, so I would think the only option is to pump the brine back underground.
As for the capex/opex for the modular Bromine plant, De Dietrich have given ASN an estimate and pricing will be included in the PEA.
