For those thinking of selling due to negative comments in the media and a small sell off in the lithium space today need to pause and have a read of the announcement put out to market today by ORE.
Toyota are giving these guys another AUD$282 million at 5% premium to current market price, plus the potential of another $100 million from its JV partners (Toyota/Govt) to expand capacity by 25ktpa (currently 14ktpa).
This is a huge show of faith from Toyota considering ORE's checkered history of missing capacity and grade targets in the past and surely tells you just how rampant the demand for lithium assets is.
