Essentially if you excersise an option you are paying the company (in this case 0.025) to create a new share and give to you. The affect has probably been felt. With people excersising their options as soon as possible. Then selling their current holdings at a profit (above 0.025) knowing that they still have a holding when the new shares get issued.
