I think the market is in a panic mode at the moment with asn: 1. Recent results didn't match up with past data 2. Some are concerns if asn can go thru with the mou after the recent results 3. The leader hasn't direct the next sets of instruction for the many followers. Things can be stability and kept under control if we get some sort of update..
