Silence is a killer, i thought management would have learnt from past mistakes, how hard is it to give an update???
Its simple psychology, no one really is too disappointed if you miss deadlines etc, as long as you flick an update explaining why.

Communicate to your SH, cool the masses, get on with the job, why is that so difficult?
ASN are good pumpers, but go silent when the heat is on to produce a result.
In this present market, communication is key or be killed!
