The problem is that the buyers are not willing to pay fair price for the options.
If someone puts in a buy order at 9 cents ,I will sell them a million then buy shares with the proceeds at 11.5 cents.
But I can not see that happening ,so I suspect the majority of options holders will just exercise them sooner than latter.
