They have committed to PLANNING a pilot plant. They have released nothing to the market regarding financing. No finance = no commitment (yet) in the eyes of Mr Market.
Dont get me wrong, they are doing all the right things, but to-date they have a good chemistry experiment. That is all that is concrete. You have your head in the clouds if you think that one hole with 143ppm Li is a company maker. I'll grant you that is a 'ticket to potentially becoming a genuine producer'. Unfortunately, Mr Marker does not like the taste of pie in the sky at the moment.
They need more data points which will lead to JORC which will lead to pilot plant financing which will lead to offtake agreeements. Pretty simple.
First step to trend reversal, drill permits (which should be before xmas)
