I guess that attached options will get exercised at 2.5c and sold into the market Anything above 3.6c means that original share from SPP at 1.1c can be held and thus, be free carried (SPP cost is nil) into the drilling.
Company will obtain more funds so, it is a good thing. Could be another buying opportunity as there are always desperate or irrational ones around.
