When the s&p500 cash opens we will get a good idea as to the validity of this bounce by the way the cash index 2 min chart reacts to the 10 period sma. It should open well up and then do 10 or so mins of consolidation and the moving averages head higher on that time frame. Then the 10 period sma will come up and touch price at some point. If price takes off, you have a very good chance to not buy a high if you jump in at that time. That is the theory.
