The income stream from fondaparinux is time-limited -- eventually competition will appear, whether in two years or in five. At some point another ANDA is going to be filed and the share price of fonda-Alchemia (the putative company with nothing except fonda rights) will probably halve overnight. So this would in no way be comparable to a bank account.
