Unfortunately for me, as I posted a week or so ago, I already voted with my feet and exited this stock...selling my 200k shares at a moderate loss. Good work to get stuck into this management team because many of us bought the stock because of the good and developing story that should have driven the SP into the 20c's. I don't know why these guys are so greedy that they can't be satisfied with SP growth for themselves driven normal activity. Instead they have to have their snouts in the trough for their mates etc. with discounted issuance and price manipulation.

I don't think a leopard will change its spots, so until I can see the significant changes you are trying to orchestrate, I will reluctantly sit it out on the sidelines.
